Please plan to arrive at The Windflower Resorts & Spa, Varca by 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 12. Hotel check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and lunch will be served from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Arriving by 2:00 PM will give you time to check in, eat, and settle in before the celebrations begin.

We will arrange and cover transportation to and from the resort for guests traveling through either Goa airport or the Madgaon Railway Station. Our wedding planners will contact you (using the number +91 95037 06864) to collect your travel information and coordinate cars or shuttles. Transport may be shared with other wedding guests arriving or departing at similar times. Please let us know if your plans change after submitting your details.

Your stay at The Windflower for Saturday and Sunday, December 12 and 13, is on us! If you plan to arrive before Saturday or stay beyond Monday, you will need to arrange and cover the additional nights separately.

Please plan to depart on Monday, December 14. Hotel checkout is at 11:00 AM.

Goa has two airports on opposite sides, so please check the airport code carefully when booking:

- Goa International Airport, Dabolim (GOI) is the closest and recommended airport. It is approximately 33 km from the resort, and the drive generally takes 45 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic. To reach the resort by 2:00 PM, we recommend landing at GOI by 12:00 PM.

- Manohar International Airport, Mopa (GOX) may offer additional domestic or international flight options but is farther from the venue. It is approximately 70 kim from the resort, and the drive generally takes 1½ to 2 hours, depending on traffic. To reach the resort by 2:00 PM, we recommend landing at GOX by 10:30 AM..

For guests traveling internationally, the easiest route is usually to connect through a major Indian hub such as Mumbai (BOM) or Delhi (DEL). Connections through Middle Eastern hubs such as Doha or Bahrain may also be convenient. If you connect through an Indian airport, you may need to clear immigration, collect your luggage, and check it in again. Please allow sufficient time between flights, particularly if they are booked separately. Whenever possible, book your international and connecting flights together on a single itinerary.

For guests traveling by train, Madgaon Railway Station (MAO), is the nearest major railway station. It is approximately 9 km from The Windflower, or around 20 minutes by car.

- December is one of the best times to visit Goa. Expect warm, mostly dry weather, with daytime temperatures typically around 25 to 32°C / 77 to 90°F and pleasant evenings.
